SILICONATURE is an international player in the manufacture of siliconized and treated films targeted to both standard and special applications. The extreme quality of our material is reflected in our constant release levels—it is this product characteristic that sets SILICONATURE aside from its competitors.

The heart of our production is deployed on a 50,000 sqm near Venice.

Our six coating lines and four slitting and rewinding machines are totally computer controlled and located in dedicated and completely climate-controlled areas. The micro-filtered air in our production facilities creates an environment close to the 10,000 class, allowing our siliconized polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene and fluorosilicone coated films to be used even in the most critical PSA applications.

Siliconature is able to supply a wide range of release, from easy to very tight, one or two-side siliconized and, upon request, even customized release. In addition SILICONATURE deals with processes concerning solventless liner with thermal polymerization.
